Delivery
If you order on weekdays before 4 p.m., we usually ship it the same day. Under normal circumstances, your product will be delivered the next day. When shipping, we are of course dependent on other parties. Therefore, we cannot 100% guarantee that your order will be delivered the next day.
Shipping costs
Tigerr Benger! Is a small label that always makes products in small quantities. We do not produce and sell ‘bulk fashion’. For this reason, we apply the cost of the shipping service to each shipment.
When checking out your order, you can also choose “Collect in store.” That way you save the shipping costs and pick up you product in our cosy store in the city centre of Dordrecht.
Secure payment
Payments at Tigerr Benger are made through Mollie. They provide a secure connection during payment. We work with all major payment methods: iDeal, PayPal and Maestro to ensure a secure payment.

Do you have questions about your order? Please send an email to info@tigerrbenger.com. We will try to answer your question as soon as possible. Please note that the terms of service of our webshop may differ from the physical store.
International orders
We basically ship to all countries in the world. Shipping costs are shown during checkout. If we have to ship a prouct to outside the European Union, customs or import duties may be charged by the local customs authorities once the package reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by you, the recipient of the package.
Unfortunately, Tigerr Benger! has no control over these charges. We can’t tell you what the exact cost could be, if any, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To prevent unexpected additional charges, contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
